Event Conditions

Cancellations must be notified in writing or email by [usually 7-10 days prior to the event]. Refunds for cancellations after this time will not be provided.
Substitutions can be made, however the Committee for Geelong office needs to be advised as soon as possible. Event enquiries ph. 5227 8072. 
Please advise of any dietary requirements. Names of guests will need to be provided no later than 4 days prior to the event.
